light.fitness
Paper

Some days, a pen is faster.

light.fitness started as a printed template taped into a notebook: exercise, sets, a blank to write the weight. It still works for anyone who doesn't want a phone in the gym — a parent, a friend, you on a week off from screens.

Four cards, one sheet

Pick a routine, print on letter paper, cut into quarters. Each card has the date and time, bodyweight, every exercise with its plan, a line for weights, and room for cardio and notes.

Big type, no clutter

Bold sans, high contrast, nothing decorative. Made for reading at arm's length under gym lighting, or for eyes that don't love small print.

Machine numbers welcome

If a gym circuit is just “machine 2, 6, 7, 12”, name the exercises that way. The card doesn't care.

Same routines as the app

Edit a routine once; print it or log it on the phone. When you're ready to type the card in, it's two taps a set.

Print a routine

Open the app, choose Print, pick a routine, set the printer to 100% scale.

Starts with five ready-made push / pull / legs routines you can edit. Edit routines.
